Melissa Koepsel

Melissa Koepsel is a recent University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee graduate where she received her B.S. in civil engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering. Melissa began her career in January 2020 as a structural engineer intern and spent her final year at UWM working as a research assistant for her structural engineering professors at UWM’s Concrete Sustainability and Resilience Center. In her time as a research assistant, Melissa participated in NSF funded research on the dry stacking of cellular lightweight concrete blocks and CO2 absorbing concrete. Melissa is now a full-time engineer in training at Rockey Structures as of the end of August 2021.
