This elegant single family home features a full basement with exercise and media rooms, multiple terraces in addition to public and private rooms on the first floor, and a gallery with adjacent bedrooms and an exterior roof deck on the second floor. The design encourages entertaining and public gatherings, while still respecting the owners' need for privacy. The house is sited in an oxbow of the Red River and provides multiple views to the river in all directions. It is intended to fit comfortably in its prairie setting with the incorporation of a green roof into the design.

Rockey Structures provided all structural engineering services for the residence. The structure consists of a cast-in-place concrete foundation with spread footings. The first floor is constructed of precast concrete, while the second floor and roof are framed with structural steel in combination with a composite metal deck concrete system. A braced steel frame provides the lateral structural system.
